Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pushing Profits platform, website, Discord community, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Pushing Profits provides educational content, analytical tools, and market data for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of signals, strategies, or community members is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

Options trading and stock trading carry significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Pushing Profits does not guarantee any specific trading outcomes. Market conditions can change rapidly and past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are managed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's payment terms and our subscription terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Refunds are handled in accordance with Whop's refund policy.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: share your subscription access with others, redistribute platform signals or data commercially, use automated tools to scrape platform data, engage in harassment or harmful behavior in the community, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Liquidity Matrix™ methodology, platform software, signal algorithms, and all associated content are proprietary to Pushing Profits. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pushing Profits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any trading decisions made based on platform data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the community. Cancelled or terminated accounts lose access to all platform features.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.

10. Text Message (SMS) Program

Pushing Profits offers a text message program to deliver trade alerts, market updates, account notifications, and promotional messages. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pushing Profits at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@pushingprofits.com.

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we can update our records. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number no longer owned by you.

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
